Ordered headlights- Incorrect Product Received
I'd give it a 0 if given the chance. Ordered headlights, but received an incorrect product. The supplier used every delay tactic, so I initiated a dispute through Alibaba, which was a complete waste of time. The supplier continually missed response deadlines, which were extended to the point that a credit card chargeback could not be issued. Next time, I'll dictate a time deadline and make sure it's within the time frame to do a chargeback.
