I ordered a doll with light brown hair that was curly and blue eyes and I got a doll with dark brown eyes and straight black hair. This is the response I received from the company when I reached out to them…”So sorry for the inconvenience caused. It is because there are varities of models for the same face doll. The color of the eye might be different for some types , the type on the picture is only for shooting, hope you do not mind. If you are unsatisfied, Could you please confirm if you can accept 15% refund to keep this order?
