Gone Downhill!
I've been with this company for over 10 years, they used to be great, but since they were bought by Ting they have gone downhill. I am currently on hold now trying to cancel my service. I have been on hold for over 2 hours, just like last time I called. They need to scrap this new horrible phone system. I will say the longtime employees that are still there are still the same friendly and helpful people and the system is reliable.
