HORRIBLE .. GET READY FOR A RIDE
The migrated us over from Neat HK to Rapyd. The migration was horrible. I didnt get my login, so many changes. Neat had 24/7 live support. Rapyd has 0 live support or a customer service number, you are lucky to get a reply from a ticket in a day or two. Do they not realize that they are a merchant bank or crytpo bank or whatever they are people can be expected to read long hard to understand articles and then still not get a solution then deal with a slow ticketing solution. I feel sorry for the customers that had to convert without having a choice. I just really hope I can somehow speak to somone at Rapyd to be able to fix some what I feel would be simple issues but very difficult issues for the average user.
