My previous order arrived on time and I was very pleased with it. Unfortunately, my current order has been a different experience. The tracking information has not updated, and no one seems to know where the package is. I was also concerned by the incorrect email address listed on your website at the bottom for contact, although I was eventually able to find the correct one, it made me think it was a scam when it came back email not valid since I copied and pasted right off their page. In addition, I was unable to reach anyone by phone or leave a message, and the recording simply directed me to email with questions. Customer service is lacking and gives scammer vibes to be honest. looking at other reviews, looks to be a pattern.
