Order- MT192701 We purchased 3 items last October and when they arrived they were nothing like the photos, sizing was way too small and cheaply made, very synthetic. We reached out to try and get an address to return and get a refund within 24 hours and they refused to give me an address. Said they would refund 30% then 50% but we were entitled to a full refund as goods were not as described. I tried to dispute through PayPal but as I paid through the pay in 3 and I missed the second payment it was sent to a debt company. I have tried to dispute it in several occasions but have got nowhere and we are paying off £5 a month towards items we will never wear. I have had over 40 emails with this company and they advised it can take up to a year for a refund!! They now have told me that the refund has been processed back to a card number we have never had! They are absolute scammers with no intention of refunding. It’s been a very stressful experience. How is this company still going? AVOID AT ALL COSTS- do not buy from this company!!!!!!!!! Updated review. The email address you have asked me to contact is the one I have been emailing since October 2024. I have been speaking to Regina and Lynn all this time and have got nowhere. You even asked me to write a good review on here and then you would refund me!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are genuine about giving me a refund, call me on the number I have just provided to Trustpilot. I will update the review to let everyone know how you sneak out if this now!!!!
