I agree with all of the other reviews that are listed. I wish I had read them before ordering their product. Definitely a "bait and switch" deal. The product they showed, and the product I got are no where's the same. The product I got is a cheap piece of plastic crap as opposed to the nice sea glass tree they show and advertise-using the words "sea glass". Customer service is worse. They keep running in circles. Never again!! Anybody reading this DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
