The way this business really works
Purchased round trip tickets and before both flights I had to call multiple times in order to get confirmation info so we could check in. I understand NOW that this might be how this business is run but it would’ve been nice to know that the tix would not be in our possession until right before each flight at the time we made the purchase. I don’t like when companies try to hide things. Be up front with the way you do business and allow people to decide if it is worth it to them BEFORE they make the purchase. Please be more transparent Eve Parker and associates.
