Dishonest business
I ordered a mala about a month ago, as it was advertised on Facebook that some of their products were free, and you’d just pay for the $18 shipping, which allegedly would also support Tibet. Considering the absurdly over the top prices of the products on the site, paying $18 for the shipping did feel exciting. I certainly didn’t expect anything from it, I was mentally prepared in case I didn’t receive a thing, but reading the reviews on the site, it kinda felt like it was somewhat trustworthy. The mala arrived today and while it does look pretty, it’s obviously cheap plastic, and honestly, cheaply made…plus, not white jade as advertised on the site. Honesty is the key factor: if they were honest about the materials, as they were about the shipping status, this would’ve been a pleasant experience, as I would’ve at least known what to expect from the product. I’m thankful it arrived, the packaging is nice, but the quality isn’t as good. So I wouldn’t recommend buying from this site to anyone, until they reconsider and fix this honesty/transparency issue, which might ultimately end with the business.
