Excellent support from customer service
My query began with AI which was helpful. But the support came from customer service team who were helpful and supportive. Sam chased up my order and made sure it went to the correct address Then I had an email suggesting if I had any more questions then I could email the support team. I felt the whole experience was supportive, professional and very friendly.
