Richard Mason handled my booking to…
Richard Mason handled my booking to Italy in an extremely professional manor. He was very available, including on his day off, and took the time to make sure that all my seats were correctly saved. His knowledge of where to sit was excellent, but the most impressive part is that he was so efficient that he found the exact flights that I wanted without any delay. Really fast response time. I have had to wait hours and days in the past with other Business Travel companies, Richard was by far the quickest, most thorough and polite of all the agents that I have worked with.
