Sadly I can see I am not only one among disappointed customers. I was choosing great photo trap device for my son, to be delivered as Christmas present. I asked my boyfriend to make a research on it as he is passionate photographer and it resulted in choosing 4D device with possibility of sending messages directly to your phone.K&F was among the providers who had a good deal and the website suggested that it is based in France according the site's domain. Order was placed on 5th December and since that day status of the order "processing" didn't change. Today I decided to contact the seller and horrified I found out, that they are based in China. Knowing that prior to my purchase I wouldn't ever order from them because there is a risk of delay and problems when solving a reclaim and refund as farfetched order. After my call I received the tracking information based on which I found out that my parcel should be delivered on January 13th 2023, this could be great if only I wanted this surprise for my son's birthday,but not the Christmas. I contacted them stating, that I no longer want this and I want to get a refund. First they told me, that they will help me and it will last 7 days.However, later today I received the information, that cancelling my order and getting a refund won't be possible as the parcel was shipped already. Which I found strange, I don't believe it was shipped prior to my call today morning, as the order of status was not changed as "processing" and also in the email they inform me appologicately about delay and that they added a memory card as a little sorry gift. Long story short, it is unreliable and untrustworthy seller and I only suggest to buyers to look for their items elsewhere. And so did and I order my item elsewhere. After launching this review and contacting the paypal, I suddenly received my refund, which I appreciate. I also received an email asking me to remove my review as a gesture towards their good customer service. I will leave my review as warning to other potential customers, that items are being shipped from China even and delays may occur. However I will add 1 star for their customers service, even though they told me, refund was not possible until I filed the claim through paypal.
