Zero Customer Service - Do NOT Buy
Bought a package online leaf blower/string trimmer. Out of the box, the battery would not charge. Contacted customer service/warranty online July 18. Received email response July 21 requesting copy of invoice, model number, etc. I responded within an hour. Followed up email July 22,23 but got no response. July 24 returned product to Home Depot. Will never buy Black and Decker again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
