Complete SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!
Absolute scam website. Stay away. Ordered full black sclera lenses a full month ago. No sign of delivery. Emailed them multiple times over the course of the month, only to be told it is “in transit”. I do understand we have had postal strikes in the UK, but a whole month is excessive. In my last email, I stated that I would need to request a full refund and return the items as soon as I eventually receive them, as the event I bought them for has now been and gone. Could I please have the return address (of which I assumed would be in the UK, or at least Europe, what with them having a UK online store). I was met with a reply telling me that in order to do that, I would have to send the lenses all the way back to MALAYSIA, and cover all shipping fees myself. Absolutely disgusting, I genuinely feel as though I’ve been robbed. Will never buy again from here. And to add insult to injury I still haven’t received the lenses to this day. The joke is, I bought the exact same lenses from A TOTALLY DIFFERENT COMPANY (lol at Uniqso for flagging this review because of me stating the name of the other company) …and literally received my item 24 hours later. Just go to any other company instead for lenses. Give this scam Uniqso website a miss and save yourself money and stress.
