Atrocious customer service from the 90s
Struggling with delivery, it has been a while and still there's no information where my package is, and the customer support does not exist. They have never replied to my messages - once after a week they asked me for my order number, I gave it to them, for them to disappear once again. Avoid discounts in their website and at least try buying Nanoleaf in amazon, where at least you can track your products and have a decent customer support - I should have done that!
