Frustrating claim experience
One of the most frustrating claim experience I had. I had no issues with other insurer when it comes to travel insurance claims so far. Need lots of documents and written confirmations from the hotels and airline when I have to cancel my trip due to covid infection. Feels like they are dragging the whole issue and not willing to pay …finally got our payout recently.
