I wish I had done my due diligence on this company. They are dishonest and unethical. I purchased two end tables and one coffee table in early October. I was given a delivery date of November 15. Of course, that date came with no delivery. Finally in early December I was told that the items would be delivered by December 15th. I finally received the two end tables on December 5th of which one was damaged. When I informed them of the damage (provided pictures), I was told to wait until the remaining order arrived before they will look at my request for a refund. When I asked for the 10th time where the coffee table is, they emailed me a tracking number which does not work. In the email they said that the item has cleared customs and will be delivered shortly and then, in the same email said it is still on the water, which is why the tracking number does not work. It cannot be on the water and have cleared Customs at the same time. Apparently new ETA is now Dec 21st but there is no way to track the product. This company is a fraud and I am raising a case with PayPal since they refuse to issue me a refund directly. Do not purchase anything from them.
