DJI give me my refund!
I bought the creator combo 3, on the DJI shop on TikTok for 397 pounds, I later saw a live sale for 356 pounds, so, I bought the one on sale, when the first one arrived, I returned it without using it and it has been received, but, they have refused to refund me and the item is still with them, I have sent messages back and forth, very bad customer service, you get one message per day and they don’t even read what you are writing, they keep asking same questions, I have provided all screenshots of the order return, DJI, I need my refund, I can’t pay for two items and I have only one, it’s nt like the quality of that DJI is great, it’s packed in my bag, I need my refund DJI.
