AIRASIA VOUCHER REDEMPTION PROBLEM
We wanted to redeemed the voucher but after all it appears error. When we email, the reply we got from AirAsia is there is a limited number of seats available on each flight which is still can be consider. However, the travel voucher is only applicable for the BASE FARE and does no include other relevant charges. The problem is why when we cant to claim and redeem the money that we use for the flights, its like we’ve been control from using it. From our company, we do have four Member Id dan 4 vouchers that amounting to RM 52,601.73 in total. We do request for CASH REFUND if we cannot use the voucher. As stated above, basically the voucher can be considered as our money, but we’ve been controlled when we wanted to use our own money like we only got the BASE FARE and does not include other charges which that is not acceptable. Please consider this is a serious issue that need to be settle. Thanks
