Great experience
Boots arrived on time! Before ordering I called and asked about exchanges or returns and spoke to the sweetest lady. She was super helpful and assured me if there was a need to a return or exchange in size there would be no issues at all. Great customer service these days is a super rare thing, so this experience so far has been exceptional. The Anderson Bean boots we ordered our son for Christmas appear to be just as advertised and looks like a super well made boot. Thanks you Stages West! We will be in Pigeon Forge in June of 2023 vacationing and plan to stop in and thank you personally. Thank you!!
