Firstly I was charged duty and exorbitant brokerage fees by UPS for a US to Canada shipment. When I escalated it their customer support bot it offered to credit against a future order. I declined and unsubscribed. What about the current order? After one use I got contact dermatitis that lasted a week, in the ER with a rash all over my face, red puffy, itchy from forehead to neck and my eyes swelled shut.
