Don’t respect warranty
Good products, but getting the warranty enforced is a nightmare. My power cord female adapter burnt out after a year of warranty. I asked them for a replacement, they charged my shipping even tho it was under warranty. After pretty much paying for a replacement part, I get the part and it’s a incomplete cord with wires needing to be spliced, instead of just sending me a complete cord I can just plug in and get back to business with. I’m stuck with this unfinished cord without the right ends after paying for the replacement cord and they want me to splice it myself after I literally just paid for the replacement cord. I’m furious, wish I went with a company that respects there own warranty and customers
