Ortur's website states that orders…
Ortur's website states that orders shipped to the US will originate in the US, that's the only reason I ordered directly from Ortur and not Amazon. A week passes and my laser ships, but not the platform, and it is shipping from Hong Kong. Another week has passed and no updates on the shipping tracking and the second item still hasn't shipped. No communication from Ortur and no reply to inquiry. I should have ordered it on Amazon, paid a little more and had it 2 weeks ago. Lesson learned.
