Messed up my order left box unsealed…
Messed up my order left box unsealed missing order. Even post office rang my ring cam and appologized as box was not tapped properly one piece of tape, was wide open and missing its contents. Provide video from post office images and was told I should do more work to get my order. I though Bambu was reutable, and quality second order they messed up never replaced missing from the first. Needs a shipping department that can pack and tape boxes prperly. Spent over 10000 there and no support or respect, dont value customers I guess
