Deposit credited after few misunderstanding…
Deposited BTC to my account,confirmations completed 6 hours ago,never credited. Contact support via mail(only way to do it) and after few hours there is no answer. Didn’t take in consideration difference GMT timetables between both us. After this misunderstanding ,support fixed my deposit instantly. Would like to recommend: If support works on fixed timetable,would be lovely if it appears at website,current and future customers will know when to contact for a quick response to questions and/or problems.
