The Q1 pro machine l purchased failed after 2 weeks. The after sales people kept telling me they could resolve my problem. They sent me parts to repair. They were the wrong parts. They sent me videos. Of the wrong machine. They have no intention of refunding or exchanging. They have been stringing me on for another 2 weeks! I am now using the VISA guarantee scheme to get a refund. I hope this works out for me. I am sure VISA will not be happy about refunding from companies bad practices.
