Stale dry fruits and unreasonable 48-hours complaint policy
I regularly receive gifts from FNP, but this time the experience was unacceptable. A Bateel gift box containing four bottles of dry fruits arrived, and two of them were stale. After consuming them, I experienced stomach upset. I reported the issue to FNP, only to be told that they accept quality complaints only within 48 hours of delivery. This policy makes no sense for gifts. The recipient often doesn’t even know when the item was delivered, let alone open and consume everything within two days. If FNP expects customers to finish all edible gifts within 48 hours just to qualify for support, it shows a serious gap in their quality assurance and customer care processes. Update-1 (15 July 2026): After I posted this review, FNP publicly asked me to provide the order number. However, the order number (4511416) and its screenshot had already been included in my complaint, and FNP had acknowledged it in their earlier email responses before rejecting my complaint based on their 48-hour policy. I have now also provided the expiry date requested. The products remain available for collection and inspection, and I am awaiting the outcome of their quality investigation. I will update this review again based on how the matter is ultimately resolved.
