Elaine was exceptional on handling my change of address concern after my shipment was already sent out. She was so understanding on the situation. Her communication was excellent and gave me peace of mind that she would make sure my order would get to me. I am so pleased with this company. I loved the bag and matching wallet. I just ordered 2 new Bible covers for me and my best friend Deb. I can't be more pleased. Can't wait to receive my order! God Bless!
