Don’t use if you have kids, unsafe and expensive
The only reason I’m giving one star is to leave a review. I made it very clear that I have infants and need INFANT car seats. I was told that my request would be met. When the driver showed up to pick us up at the airport he had booster seats which are not appropriate and highly dangerous for the age and size of my babies. Upon being taken to the airport I asked the driver to confirm that he would have the appropriate car seats and never received a response. I found another service that would provide safe and legal transportation for me and my babies and canceled the ride I had booked with this service. They still charged me the full amount which was almost twice what the other service was charging. I tried to contact someone to discuss a refund and was given the run around and was never helped. Will not be using this service in the future and I encourage everyone to see what other options are out there for rides.
