If I could give them 0 stars
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I signed up for a policy, and ending up getting better coverage, so I called to cancel my policy. When I got to the "AI representative," and put in my info including my SSN and DOB, it said I didn't have an active policy (I did this on chat and on the phone). Fast forward a month, I get a reminder about my payment. I disregarded it, figured it didn't sync. Soon after I got an email saying my payment method needed to be changed. At this point I called and the first HUMAN I spoke to also said I had no policy, again, providing my SSN and DOB. I got ANOTHER email about my payment method and called yet again. They "found" my policy using different info, somehow including a phone number I had 30 years ago (I still have no clue how - I hadn't remembered that number until they read it to me). Anyway, they had charged me already, twice, and wouldn't reimburse me. They said I initiated the policy, which I did and I'm not refuting, and when I called, they said I didn't have one. Please tell me how I'm supposed to know it's in the wrong system if their own staff couldn't tell me? They continue to try to tell me I initiated the policy and refuse to reimburse me. Horrible experience.
