I do like the dji products but you have to Reed this
I do like the dji products, in fact I actually return a insta 360 luna ultra and ordered the osmo 4p. However even if it shows pre-order, once the order was finalised it said it asked me to pick the delivery date wich I did, I have booked off work to wait for delivery but it didn't come and no updates. I called the call centre on 08000584109 just to be told, yes is pre-order and you won't have it until mid to end of the month, without even a sorry, then didn't asked if is anything else I need and just said bye and put the phone down. I work in sales myself but this is a shocking customer service wich drive customer off your business, now I'm very inclined once I receive the item to return it and get back to the insta 360 luna ultra and never use dji again just based on this experience and not the product fault. Looking at the score on trust pilot I can guarantee you that you loose a lot of customers based of their experience with the customer service and that's a shame.
