Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company, it is no surprise to me that they have violated the rules of trustpilot.
They are unreliable in every single way you could possibly imagine and nothing but a huge burden on any business venture.
They ship products exceptionally slow and at times they make outrageous demands for further payment in order to deliver your order.
I recently had a order that I paid for in full (product and shipping) only for eprolo to need 2 weeks in order to ship it and when they finally did ship it they demanded that I pay additional fees because they failed to anticipate that the logistics provider would charge extra.
Bottom line is this: You can never ever trust this company, they are not only unreliable but also comically incompetent and you should stay as far away from them as you possibly can.

Stay away from Eprolo
Eprolo is a very unreliable business partner.
The issue I personally have with them is that they simply put are unable to actually track inventory.
There have been numerous times when they have told me that the product is well stocked only to inform me later that it is out of stock once it has been ordered. Their excuse is that they themselves source the products and that the manufacturers do not inform them about the quantity.
This however is in my view not an acceptable excuse at all, Eprolo do not seem to care about how you as their partner is affected by their incompetence, they do not lift a finger to actually improve their platform.
Personally I do not even understand how they can still operate since they are barely able to actually source any products.
So do yourself a favor and stay far away from them.

Scamming company
Scamming company, They failed to source the product I paid for and have not refunded me since despite promising me that they would. It also takes forever for them to actually ship products, snails could do it faster.
Do not waste your time with Eprolo.
