Avoid this company
I wish I'd read the reviews before I placed my order so I knew to avoid this company. After waiting a couple of weeks for my order to arrive and having received no response to my emails, I called the company to ask where my order was. After waiting on hold for a long time I was told my order had been damaged in transit and I would receive a refund within 7 days. After over a week had passed and I had not received my refund I called them only to be told that they had already sent me my refund. When I told them I definitely had not had it, all they could tell me was someone from finance would call me. On both occasions on the phone when I challenged their lack of helpful response to the issue I was promptly hung up on. I did not receive a call from finance to sort out my refund but luckily I had placed my order via PayPal so opened a dispute with them and received my refund straight away. This company seriously needs to improve their customer service, I understand that delays and damages happen but they need to keep their customers informed and respond promptly to fix any issues.
