PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
"I wouldn't even rate 1 star" The worst kind of service ever came across. They dont have any contact information where you can reach them. I pre-ordered a watch for my fiancé for a special occasion and they never filled my order and they dint even send any email about the delay or anything. They charged me for the watch and i have a confirmation saying that the watch will be delivered on so and so date but its been over a week and when i am looking for the status of my order it says the order is not even fulfilled yet. And when i tried to contact them via insta and email i got just 3 replies on Instagram and no reply in the email.
