I blame Amazon!
There are a couple of things that had me worried at first and I'd like to address them, but if not for these unfortunate obstacles I would've given the seller OnVaper a 5☆ rating. When I initially tried to pay for my order via IDEAL (I'm from the Netherlands and that's our main payment method for online payments) I got an error message on the OnVaper website right after completing the transaction. It told me that the transaction had been canceled and that I had to try again, but there was no information on why it had been canceled. Neither from the website nor from my bank. Since the money already left my account I obviously got a little bit worried and so I contacted the seller OnVaper. I do not use WhatsApp so I used the support form located on the website. It took a bit long to receive a response, so I asked my brother to relay my message to them via his WhatsApp. There he got answered almost instantaneously. According to the very friendly and helpful person told us that apparently his account got blocked by IDEAL (vapes with a tast are illegal in my country so for him to have IDEAL was already a surprise to us) and that my money would be back in my account automatically after 3 workdays tops (this is standard banking practice when payments are unable to get through). The seller did remove the IDEAL payment option from his website the same day. This both surprised me in a positive way and made me a little bit suspicious at first as well. Obviously this didn't make me more trusting in the whole situation, but I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt if I would get my money back. And after 3 workdays I did get it back. I placed my order again and this time the payment did go through, except now after the confirmation it for some reason took almost a whole workweek before the order was finally received by the postal company. I know it wasn't the most smooth or enjoyable online purchase you could have, but because of the kind, calm and friendly way the seller treated me throughout the whole ordeal I want to make sure this is something that will be recognized as well. There were some small hiccups, but in the end everything got delivered as promised. I blame Amazon and giants like that for making us (the consumers) spoiled, fat and lazy with their 24h delivered at your door service. So the seller OnVaper is not to blame here, he did everything I as a customer could've ask for, wouldn't it have been that I got spoiled by companies like Amazon. 😉 🤭 Well done OnVaper! 👏 😎👌
