I would leave -zero stars if I could
I would leave -zero stars if I could I ordered somethings for my mother for mother's day. Paid extra to have delivers on May 9th. NOTHING came. No emails no calls no nothing. I called them and rhe 1st person couldn't find my account (but the automated system did in the beginning) so she just hung up on me instead or trying to figure it all out. The 2nd person was much friendlier and looked it up and found it and put me on hold and came back and said it was still being REVIEWED!! REALLY?? It's been over a week since I've ordered the things.. 1st time using them and LAST TIME using them. What a horrible place. I canceled my order and will have to figure something else out for my Mother.. ITS PATHETIC DONT USE THEM.. and just a FYI they are same people who do 1-800- Flowers if that tells ya anything about ordering from them either
