Worst customer service treatment!!
Unfortunately, the worst experience I have ever had with birthday cake delivery...the delivery boy was very late in delivering the cake on time for a surprise party, and unilaterally decided not to deliver the cake because he was not on time...when spoken to the management, they investigated and came back saying delivery was late because of traffic, and delivery boy was "abused" by me for being late (which is absolutely non sense)!!! Honestly this is the first time I face such kind of customer treatment, and the worst thing they even decided not to reimburse me for the cake and the candles ordered!! This is the last time I am using this service and definitely will not recommend it to any of my friends.
