Good service but not the right product for me
Likely a scam that I unfortunately fell for. Ordered a wrist alarm on 11/06/26 and had a confirmation email saying they had received the order and further emails with updates. Unfortunately, the emails saying it was out for delivery and then delivered were 2 mins apart from each other and no package has arrived. There was also no tracking number so I can't review any pictures to see if the package has been delivered to the wrong property. UPDATE Aug 2026 Product was delivered after conversations with customer service who, after this review, were very responsive! The package had been returned to the warehouse without communication however it was due to my error that it was, which was communicated professionally. The product itself is good, works as intended but isn't the right thing for me but it definitely has a use for when in travelling/camping so worth a try!
