Worst experience!
Worst experience!! I lost $$ out of my own pocket because of them. I placed my orders and after 10 days they are telling me the processing time is 15 days!! So what they are saying basically is 15 days processing time + 8-15 days delivery time like really??? I personally asked them before placing the orders if the item is available and what the processing time of the order is and they said 2-7 days. But on their policies they wrote the processing time is 1-3 days!!! If they were transparent about it, it was fine but they lie to you and never even update you about anything. Got chargebacks because of them cause their delivery time was 29 days for some of my orders and customers got frustrated and opened disputes, they are not transparent about neither their processing time or their delivery time! If you don’t want chargebacks and lose your business assets don’t work with them!!!!!!!! Now I have to take all the losses for the advertising costs and refund all the customers. This happened to me multiple times throughout the year by the way, I gave them multiple chances and they mess up everytime! Also I have kept all the screenshot as a proof in case.
