If I could give zero stars, I would. Esky has been holding my money hostage for over a month. They claimed my refund was processed on February 14th, but as of March 17th, there is NOT A SINGLE CENT on my account. They are masters of copy-paste excuses and gaslighting their customers. They claim to have 'proof' of refund but refused to provide a legitimate ARN which is the only real proof in the banking world. This leads me to believe they never actually sent the money and are simply lying to buy time. This is not a travel agency this is a black hole for your money. If you value your nerves and your hardearned cash, book directly with the airline. I am now forced to involve my bank for a chargeback and report them. DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. AVOID ESKY AT ALL COSTS!
