Poor customer service
Messaged them multiple times to cancel subscription on whatsapp and on their website but got no reply after a few weeks. Edit: During the live chats I’ve waited a long while and got no response that said to use the link in order confirmation. There might be some issue with the live chat then. But, in the link it directs back to the account page which has no clear way to cancel subscription.
