The key aspects of the process that made my experience great were; one, the fact that the folks at Fresh Start Law Center did not make me feel like a criminal nor did they create a sense of shamefulness in me for having to go through this process, and two the guidance they provided in how to present myself in order to have the best chance for a positive outcome of the case.
