WORST WORST WORST SERVICE
city link deserves no star AT ALL!!!!!!!!!! the shipment went good until came to the delivery man (an Indian guy-shah alam), he kept postponed my parcel to reach home. if we check in tracking, status 'out of delivery' keep repeated over 3 days?! how that's possible??? then i called the customer service twice in two days in row, baru ada respond :/ then today, I got my parcel, the Indian delivery guy called & came to give my parcel with very very bad attitude. he was like mad at me because of everything like Shah Alam person in charge receive an email about he kept postponed my parcel.
