Ive had same experience, sent a cheap doll which i paid 70.00 plus postage...will not return emails, im seeking legal advise. Total scam.... IF THEY REPLY ON HERE STATING CONTACT CUSTOMERS SERVICE .... THEY WILL DO NOTHING.... ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!
