Beware !! Return Policy
Update: They have agreed to credit me $42.15 which is about 50% of what I paid but that is with me keeping the product. I still would not order from any company with this return policy. Just make sure you always read the return policy Beware !!! If item does not work out for you, good luck returning it. I ordered 5 tops in which I am keeping 2. I had 2 tops that just did not look good on me, the third one was just a weird material and color seemed off. When I contacted customer service to get directions on returning, this was my response - Dear customer, We are sincerely sorry for this situation. But please rest assured, we will do our best to resolve this issue to your satisfaction. According to our return policy, all items need to be returned to our warehouse at the customer's expense, which could be a little bit costly and time consuming. In this case, we would like to know if you want to keep the Item with a 50% （ 47 USD） equivalent gift card of the product price or accept 20%（ 18.8 USD） partial refund? Or if you have any other ideas, please let us know, we will try our best to meet your satisfaction. If you still want to return the product and get refund? Please let us know as well, then we will send you the address and guidance for return. Looking forward to your reply. Best Regards-------- So as you see, I am out a lot of money. I paid around $100 and the best I will get back is half and that is if I spend it with them. So what about that order? When it doesn't fit, I would be out another 50%. I just don't think it's good business. I am sad because I liked the look of many of their things but will not be reordering with that kind of return policy.
