Disappointing customer service - missing product
I recently ordered a light with a power adaptor and a diffuser. The light arrived first without the power adaptor, when I messaged the customer service asking about it, they just said “yes” and attached a screenshot of the order. Today the parcel with the diffuser arrived without the power adaptor, showing they didn’t check neither cared to provide a good answer.
