The product worked exactly as advertised. My only problem would be thst customer service was extremely hard to get in touch with and was very confusing.

Customer support was horrendous
Customer support was horrendous. They claim to have 24/7 support but it took hours for them to get back to me. Furthermore, they made a mistake with the pricing and charged me $40 more and didn't even make up for the inconvenience.
