I was so disappointed when my 6pc Bakers set arrived damaged in shipping, I emailed customer support & Luna responded immediately saying they’d ship me replacements. Response time to email, 100%, satisfaction with fix for my problem 100%, Haven’t received replacements yet, but very anxious to receive them!
