COMPLETE TRASH
COMPLETE TRASH. GARBAGE COMPANY. On my VERY second order for a customer, they leave it for 10 days, so I ask, "hey, it's been 10 days, just checking on the order." Then they write me back. "there was production issue, can you re-make the bag?"...WHAT?!? After my customer has been waiting 10 DAYS they tell me there is an issue only AFTER I CONTACTED THEM. Then I write them a long note about how I am disappointed and need to get this issue fixed. THEY DON'T EVEN RESPOND. So I cancelled my customer's order. What a horrible company. You want true reviews about JetPrint? Just type "Jetprint reviews" in Google to read all the nightmares. They are so bad that Etsy literally REMOVED ALL MY JETPRINT PRODUCTS because they do not trust JetPrint and does not allow them to connect to Etsy any longer. USE INKEDJOY INSTEAD. They are not perfect but FAR BETTER than JetPrint. JETPRINT WILL RUIN YOUR BUSINESS. If you do not listen to this review and still decide to use JetPrint. You deserve what you will get.

DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE INEPT LIARS who made me lose my Star-Seller Etsy rating 3 months in a row! THEY DON'T EVEN have their own inventory. They ship it to their warehouse from AliExpress. TRUST ME, THEY ARE COMPLETELY INEPT. The reviews are SUPER obvious lies who are obviously the staff from CJ as they talk just like the live chat from CJ. Complete BS. They say to check the inventory with them before listing on Etsy (which is total crap by itself) and then tell you they have inventory, then when it sells, they tell you it is out of stock. AFTER your customer already purchased the item. Then you will have to go back and refund the order and look so stupid and tell your customer you actually do not have the item and you are sorry. What a joke. They have done this to me MANY times and cost me money and my reputation on Etsy. This is what they do. This is their business. To pretend they have inventory when they are just an AliExpress middleman. If you do not heed this warning then you deserve the horrible experience you WILL have eventually with CJ. ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH. I even have proof of some of this, so let them try to respond...
