I have been going to AMC Roosevelt…
I have been going to AMC Roosevelt Field theater for many years, as well as a long-time movie goer. It is always the most pleasant experience, especially at such a busy location. The staff is always friendly and composed (I've witnessed many patrons being very rude toward them), and I'm amazed at how clean it is (even on a Saturday afternoon). Recently, my seat was not reclining and I asked at the front desk to possibly get a different seat. Chris T. ran to the theatre, and quickly fixed the seat. Excellent customer service.
